  • Product must be used consistently for 30 days
  • To qualify, please provide:
    • A weekly photo of your product with a visible date (phone screen or calendar is fine)
    • A short written summary of your experience and results
    • Requests must be submitted no earlier than day 30 and no later than day 35 after confirmed delivery
  • Product must be returned with original packaging and any remaining contents

All requests are reviewed to ensure eligibility. This helps us maintain the integrity of our guarantee for every customer. BelloElla reserves the right to deny any claim that is incomplete, unverifiable, or suspected of misuse or abuse of the policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order exactly as expected.

If something isn’t right:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue
  • We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items only in original packaging
  • All returns must be approved before being sent
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected (typically within 48 hours)

Items that are used, incomplete, or not in original condition may not qualify for a refund.


Subscription Orders

For subscriptions and repeat orders:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Once an order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund
