Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time 

Due to high demand please allow 7-14 days for delivery. It may take slightly longer for countries outside of the US. For countries outside the US please expect 15-25 business days.Please contact us if it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item. Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2-3 days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when your order has been dispatched (Please check your spam)  Please note for some very high demand items it may takes 2-3 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME due to reproduction and restocking depending on your shipping location. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as we receive them from our carriers. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Delays

Shipping Delays & Refund Eligibility

If your order is impacted by unforeseen carrier delays, we kindly ask that you allow up to 25 business days from the shipment date before requesting a refund or replacement.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee begins on the date your order is marked as delivered, not the purchase date.


Product Returns & Processing

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan and update shipment status. Rest assured, your order is on its way.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information.


Order Changes & Cancellations

First-Time Orders:
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.
After this period, orders are automatically processed and sent to fulfillment. Once processing begins, no changes, edits, or cancellations can be made.

Subscription Orders:
Subscription orders are billed automatically on the scheduled renewal date.
To avoid being charged, any changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription order is processed:

  • The order is considered final
  • No refunds or cancellations will be issued
  • The order will ship as scheduled

Customers may update or cancel future subscription renewals at any time.
